HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.43141 of 2018 ORDER::

This writ petition is filed to declare the in-action on the part of the 4th respondent-MRO in conducting survey in Sy.No.487, Nallavelly village, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, in spite of the petitioner's making an application and remitting challan for that purpose, as being illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of consequential directions in the interest of justice. Heard learned counsel on both sides. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct or cause to conduct survey of the land in question after issuing notices to the concerned and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
