HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4341 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to incorporate the name of the petitioner in all concerned/relevant revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 gts., covered in Sy.No.45 and Ac.1.38 gts., covered in Sy.No.44-AA situated at Gundaram village, Ellantakunta Mandal, Karimnagar District.

Though various grounds are raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.02.2013 made by the petitioner for rectification of records in respect of the above lands and issue pahanies at the earliest. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the same may be directed to be considered if the application is in accordance with law.

Having regard to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent/Tahasildar, Elantakunta Mandal to consider the representation dated 21.02.2013 made by the petitioner, if the same is pending with him

and if the same is in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of law as early as possible preferably within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
