ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that even though fair price shop dealer authorization of the petitioner is subsisting, the essential commodities are not released to him. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced copy of proceedings of the Collector (Civil Supplies), Kurnool dated 27.11.2018, where under the fair price shop dealer authorization of the petitioner is placed under suspension. In view of the same, it cannot be said that deliberately stock is not released to the petitioner. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law aggrieved by the order of suspension of the fair price shop dealer authorization. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
