This appeal is filed under Section 30 of Workmen Compensation Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 21.05.2015 passed in W.C.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 (E.C.Act) and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Vizianagaram. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 08.09.2018.
