THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.9166 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.142 of 2016 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tenali, against her.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. A perusal of the complaint, discloses that there is material which is sufficient to proceed with the trial and prima-facie, it cannot be said that it is a fit case that the proceedings are liable to be quashed. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.142 of 2016 and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) months from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
