Since there is no specific direction mandating the Andhra Muslim College, Guntur, to take up the issue of admitting the petitioner against a vacant aided ministerial post in the order dt.06-09-2012 in W.P.No.16109 of 2000, I see no reason to entertain the Contempt Case. It is accordingly closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
