ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the civil matters and not taking action as per law, the present writ petition is filed.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that the police are not interfering with the civil matters as alleged by the petitioner; neither the petitioner nor the un-official respondents lodged any complaint till date; and hence no action is being taken by respondents 2 and 3.

In view of the statement made by the 2nd respondent in the counter-affidavit, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
