Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the objections relating to the enquiry before the disciplinary authority. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
