This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in CRLMP No.11239 of 2015 in CRLP No.11157 of 2015 on 06.11.2015. 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.

As seen from the proceedings sheet, there was no representation on earlier occasions. Today also there is no representation. Unless the petitioner prosecutes his case diligently, the cases cannot be kept pending, for the said reason, I find no grounds to continue the present Contempt Case. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed for nonprosecution.
