When the matter is taken up, Sri A.P.Suresh Ram, learned Standing Counsel, submits that the respondents herein have no objection to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner herein and that the respondents will conduct panchanama afresh subject to the cooperation to be extended by the petitioner herein. The said statement is recorded. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
