This writ petition is filed challenging the conducting of survey of the land in Sy.No.62 situated at Kannala Village, Bellampally Mandal, Mancherial District on the ground that application filed by him, dated 28-04-2018, as per direction of this Court in WP.No.38995 of 2018 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3-60 guntas in Sy.No.62/D is pending.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who submits that grant of pattadar passbook and title deed is one aspect and conducting of survey is another aspect.

It is to be seen that normally the adjacent land owners will also be issued notices before conducting survey. As such, if the petitioner has any objection regarding survey in pursuance to the notice dated 11-112018, he can file objections and the competent authority shall take into consideration of said objections while conducting survey and fixing the boundaries.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28-11-2018 Nvl
