HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 43143 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.1 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2018, pursuant to which, memo No.979096/Endts.II(1)/2018-1, dated 11.01.2018 was issued, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents may be directed to deal with the representation dated 04.01.2018, at the earliest, as per law.

4) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with, as per the provisions of law. 5) Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to deal with the representation dated 04.01.2018, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned, if necessary, as expeditiously as possible.
