This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking withdrawal of F.C.O.P.No.2076 of 2018 on the file of Family Court, XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Prasanthi Nagar, Kukatpally, and to transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, at Nellore.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present, and represented that subsequent to filing of this transfer petition, the petitioner has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and obtained orders for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.2076 of 2018 from the file of Family Court, XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Prasanthi Nagar, Kukatpally, to the Court of Judge, Family Court, at Nellore; and hence no further orders are required.

While recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous as no cause survives. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Transfer CMP, shall stand closed.
