THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34299 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology for the first respondent, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for the second respondent and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for the third respondent. When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleaders that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14671 of 2017, dated 24.04.2017. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.
2015, directing the second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicle. Since the petitioner has already submitted his application to the said respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 08.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, for release of the seized vehicle, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order dated 24.04.2017 in W.P.No.14671 of 2017 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
