THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43232 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not preventing the 3rd respondent from carrying out unauthorized and illegal constructions at H.No.4-227/1, Geetha Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, would submit that by mistake a notice has been issued to the petitioner and the same was withdrawn. He also submits that appropriate steps would be taken against the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent forthwith and that some delay has occurred due to the ensuing elections to the State Legislative Assembly.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. It is needless to mention that the respondent-authorities shall take appropriate steps against the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent, in the subject premises, in accordance with law immediately after the election on 7.11.2018. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
