HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5877 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the docket order dated 04.07.2017, passed in I.A.No.46 of 2017 in O.S.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajole, East Godavari District. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that a direction may be given to the Court below for earlier disposal of the I.A. He would further submit that though the petitioners-Bank has filed an application for vacating the status-quo order granted on 04.07.2017, no orders are passed till date and even the main I.A. has not been taken up for hearing till date. Having regard to the urgency involved, he pleads for early disposal of I.A. Having regard to the above, the trial Court is advised to dispose of the I.A., as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the revision is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
