Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondent.

Learned Government Pleader on written instructions dated 27.12.2018 submits that the case will be finalized within a week and the action taken report will be intimated to this Court. The statement is placed on record and accepted. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. The statement now made by the respondent if is not complied with, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek reopening of CC.No.3223 of 2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
