THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2383 of 2017 ORDER:

It is stated by counsel on either side that the respondents have released the salary payable to the petitioner for the period from 12-10-2017 to 06-02-2018 treating it as on duty in view of the interim suspension order granted by this Court on 16-10-2017 in W.P.M.P.No.43078 of 2017 in W.P.No.34648 of 2017, which was merged with the final order dt.01-02-2018 passed in the said Writ Petition. In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
