THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO1680 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.4 to 6, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the same was numbered as C.C.No.865 of 2015. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioners/accused Nos.4 to 6 are given liberty to work out appropriate remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if they choose to do so. 3.
