THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6173 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, in disposing of O.S. No.644 of 2014 pending on its file.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners filed O.S. No. 644 of 2014 for permanent injunction against the respondents herein. The matter is being adjourned from time to time. The first petitioner is aged about 80 years.

Taking into consideration the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. 5.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
