This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP.No.27462 of 2017, dated 17-08-2017. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and no further orders are required.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
