THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE (TR) No.581 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Tribunal vide order, dated 17.12.2015, in O.A.No.6881 of 2015 directed the respondents to rectify the mistake of allocation of two persons as Private Secretaries to Secretary in the Department of Law, Andhra Pradesh, as against single allocated post to the State of Andhra Pradesh, during final allocation. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Services produced a copy of G.O.R.T.No.639, Law (E.I) Department, dated 19.10.2016. A reading of the order would show that the petitioner is brought back to the State of Telangana and is posted in General Administration (S.U) Department. Therefore, learned Government Pleader for Services submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

Recording the same, the Contemnors are discharged and the Contempt Case is closed.
