HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.10364 & 10371 of 2002 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner-Management has challenged the order dated 03.12.2001 passed in M.P.Nos.43 of 1999 and 21 of 1999 in I.D.No.10 of 1998, by the Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, in favour of the 2nd respondent-workmen. Both the writ petitions filed against the 2nd respondent-workmen were dismissed for default vide order dated 18.08.2010 and the petitioner-Management has not taken any steps to restore the writ petitions against them. In view of the same, the issue raised in these writ petitions cannot be adjudicated and the writ petitions are liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
