This transfer civil miscellaneous petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners seeking to transfer O.S.No.141 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak District at Sangareddy to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to try along with O.S.No.206 of 2017 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

It has been submitted by both sides that identical issues are involved in both the suits. Further, the parties in both the suits are almost one and the same and the Court at Hyderabad would be convenient to both the parties. In the given circumstances, to avoid inconsistencies and expedite the disposal of both the suits, it is necessary to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak District at Sangareddy and transfer the same to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law, along with the suit in O.S.No.206 of 2017 pending on the file of the same Court.

Under these circumstances, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.S.No.141 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak District at Sangareddy is withdrawn and transferred to the Court of II Additional Chief Judge,

City Civil Court, Hyderabad to try along with O.S.No.206 of 2017 pending on the file of the same Court.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
