CVNR, J CRP 5919/2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed against order dt.13.10.2017 in I.A. No.506 of 2017 in O.S. No.76 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili. Heard Mr. V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the aforementioned I.A. shows that the petitioner failed to explain the relevancy of the document proposed to be produced. Therefore, the lower Court has rightly dismissed the I.A. Hence, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the order of the lower Court.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.7647 of 2017 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
