THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2097 OF 2017 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 31.08.2017 passed while issuing notice before admission in W.P.No.29376 of 2017.

In the present contempt case, several disputed questions of facts are raised and the main issue relates to the deputation of the staff by the petitioner and acceptance by the concerned officer. This issue can be taken up in the pending writ petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to continue the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
