- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.3402 OF 2018 ORDER:

W.P.No.30400 of 2018 was disposed of by this Court, with a direction to respondents 3 and 4 i.e., the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Mandal Revenue Officer, to take further action pursuant to the letter of the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology dated 04.05.2018. Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court, this Contempt case is filed.

Learned Government Pleader produced proceedings, dated 25.11.2019 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, wherein, the request of the petitioner was considered and rejected. In view thereof, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, if so advised against the order of rejection. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
