When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that on the basis of the complaint dated 24.11.2018 of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.568 of 2018 has been registered by the Police under Section 498-A IPC.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
