THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TAX REVISION CASE NO.3 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri S.Dwarakanath, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner intends to question the vires of Section 51 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 and that he be permitted to withdraw this revision.

The revision is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
