HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43284 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice in proceedings No.C/2131/2018, dated 16.11.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent without affording an opportunity to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5038 of 2017, dated 14.02.2017.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned proceedings No.C/2131/2018, dated 16.11.2018, issued by the Tahsildar & Mandal Executive Magistrate, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District-second respondent herein. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
