When the matter has come up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as against the impugned order in I.A.No.369 of 2012 in O.S.No.55 of 2011 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Alampur, already the petitioners have filed C.R.P.No.471 of 2015 and the same is pending on the file of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner, expressing his ignorance for lack of information regarding filing of earlier C.R.P., requests this court to permit him to not press the present C.R.P. Considering his request, permission is accorded. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
