HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34580 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.31-05-2017 made to the 2nd respondent has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the APSRTC states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within eight (08) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.31-05-2017 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
