This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned order of the second respondent dated 04.7.2016 in Roc.No.1978/2015-4A as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (A.P.).

3. A perusal of the record reveals that by the impugned order, the second respondent confirmed the orders of the third respondent dated 28.8.2015 withdrawing cheque power of the petitioner as Sarpanch of Velagapadu Gram Panchayat, Kaligiri Mandal, Nellore District.

4. At the time of the arguments, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's cheque power as Sarpanch of Velagapudi Gram Panchayat was restored by the third respondent vide order dated 06.8.2016 in Roc.No.1978/2015-A4. A copy of the order is placed before this court. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
