HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43229 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not rectifying the clerical mistake in revenue records including pattadar pass book and website as per the endorsement made by the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application to the 4th respondent on 09.02.2018 for rectification of entries in Sy.No.21 in online stating that he is owner and possessor of agricultural lands in Sy.No.21, admeasuring 0.08 gts and in Sy.No.22 admeasuring 0.02 gts as per Pattadar Pass Book and title Deed issued by the 4th respondent in the year 2009; that vide proceedings Rc No.A5/5942007, dated 15.02.2008, the petitioner is holding an extent of 0.08 gts in Sy.No.21 after land acquisition vide proceedings No. D/747/2005, dated 03.07.2010, petitioner was granted compensation. But subsequently, the land to an extent of 0.08 gts in Sy.No.21 was omitted in website and he filed application to rectify the same.
In view of above facts and circumstances, since the grievance of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.02.2018 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
