Petitioner had submitted representations on 20.06.2017, 05.08.2017, 17.08.2017 and 02.08.2017 to 1st respondent for appointing him as a Member of the A.P. State Wakf Board under Section 14(1)(d) of the Wakf Act, 1995 and contends that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Minority Welfare Department appearing for 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent will pass orders on the said representations within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the said representations within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
