THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2141 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-compliance of the order, dated 23.01.2015, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.306 of 2015.

By the aforesaid order, this Court disposed of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent herein to consider the representation, dated 05.12.2014 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from that date.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the respondent places on record a copy of the proceedings bearing No.B/728/2018, dated 07.09.2018.

A perusal of the said proceedings discloses that the respondent has setout the circumstances, under which, the pass books could not be issued to the petitioner and a copy of the same was also communicated to the petitioner on 10.09.2018. Therefore, it is evident that the order of this Court has been complied with, with some delay.

CKR, J CC.No.2141 of 2017 Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the proceedings, dated 07.09.2018. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 14th SEPTEMBER, 2018.
