This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 17.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1929 of 2016 in Cr.No.600/ 2016 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the case with a liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise.

3. Permission granted.

4. The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner files an application for release of the property, the Deputy Commissioner is hereby directed to dispose of the same within fifteen days from the date of filing of the application.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
