THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6216 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.896 of 2017 in O.S.No.152 of 2004 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to file an application for reopening of the matter. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner files an application for reopening of the matter, the trial Court is at liberty to pass orders thereon in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
