This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, in disposing of I.A.No.538 of 2015 in O.S.No.78 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh revision after rectifying the mistake. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
