This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of tie Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioner/respondent, to quash the proceedings in CrI.M.P.No.274 of 2017 in MC.No.64 of 2Ol7 on the lile of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case - cum - Additional Family Court - cum - XXIII Additiona.l Chief -cum- IX A.M.S.J., Hyderabad. 2.

The petitioner is questioning the interim maintenance granted by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case - cum - Additional Family Court -cum - XXII Additional Chief -cum- IX A'M.S.J', Hyderabad, by order dated 06.07.2018.
