Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal on 29-11-2016 challenging the order dt.16-11-2016 passed by the 3rd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not decided the said appeal till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within six weeks, if not already decided, and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal within six weeks, if not already decided, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
