O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents 4 and 5 - revenue authorities in recording the name of the 6th respondent in the revenue records and in issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds over the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not filed appeal before the appellate authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to file appeal before the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS --------------------------- 08-09-2016
