1) The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by defendant No.1 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.(SR) No.4926 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Amalapuram. 2) Since the request of the petitioner is only with regard to passing of an order in I.A. (SR) No.4926 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2009 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Amalapuram, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents. 3) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the II Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Amalapuram is advised to dispose of I.A. (SR) No.4926 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2009, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
