Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy available under law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
