Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the representation dated 20.11.2018 made by the petitioner association to the respondents against the illegal construction going on in Plot No.38, 16-11-16/C/G/38, situated at Teegalaguda, Afzalnagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner submitted representation on 20.11.2018 seeking to take appropriate action against the illegal constructions, which are going on in Plot No.38, 16-1116/C/G/38, situated at Teegalaguda, Afzalnagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad, no action has been taken, so far.

Learned standing counsel for the respondents would submit that a direction may be given to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law. 6.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to deal with the representation dated 20.11.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking to take appropriate action against the illegal constructions in Plot No.38, 16-11-16/C/G/38, situated at Teegalaguda, Afzalnagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and all concerned, as early as possible. No costs. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
