This revision under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction not to dispose of E.A.No.22 of 2015 in E.P.No.06 of 2015 in O.S.No.533 of 2013 on the file of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge at Medak District. It is brought to my notice, during hearing, by the learned counsel for the petitioner about other proceedings between same parties for execution of decree. Therefore, in view of pendency of various proceedings between same parties in respect of same claim, the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak is directed to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
