The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of Ac.4.70 cents, situated at Komarabanda Village, Kodad Mandal, Nalgonda District, having inherited the same from his grand father Shaik Abba Saheb whose name is entered in the revenue records. After the death of his grand father, the petitioner submitted an application on 06.03.2012, before the 4th respondent under Form6A as envisaged under ROR Act, 1971 for mutating his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed. But no action has been taken. As such, the petitioner submitted another application on 16.08.2014 in prescribed form. But, so far no action has been taken by the respondents. As such, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the applications made by the petitioner on 06.03.2012 and 16.08.2014 under Form-6(A) for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed are pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same. As such, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the applications said to have been filed by the petitioner on 06.03.2012 and 16.08.2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and take action accordingly,. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to
costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
