This revision case is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 15.03.2016 in Crl.R.P.No.93 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
