CVNR, J & MSKJ, J F.C.A.Nos.295 and 299 of 2015 and 15 of 2016 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) F.C.A.No.295 of 2015 is filed against the order, dated 26.06.2015, in F.C.O.P.No.521 of 2007 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereby he has partly allowed the said O.P. filed by the respondent herein for grant of maintenance, by granting maintenance at Rs.6,000/- per month from the date of filing the said O.P.

F.C.A.No.299 of 2015 is filed against the order, dated 26.06.2015, in F.C.O.P.No.616 of 2007 on the file of the same Judge referred to above, whereby, he has dismissed the said O.P. filed by the appellant herein for cancellation of the gift deeds, dated 04.08.2006. 3.
F.C.A.No.15 of 2016 is filed against the order, dated 26.06.2015, in F.C.O.P.No.503 of 2007 on the file of the same Judge referred to above, whereby he has allowed the said O.P. filed by the respondent herein for grant of decree of divorce.

On the initiative taken by this Court both the parties have settled the dispute and filed joint memo of compromise, dated 01.12.2016, containing 12 terms and conditions. Both the parties, who are personally present in the Court, have submitted that they have entered into the compromise out of their free will and consent and have requested this Court to dispose of these appeals in terms of the aforementioned joint memo of compromise.

Accordingly, these three Family Court Appeals stand disposed of in the terms of the joint memo of compromise, dated 01.12.2016, with the
CVNR, J & MSKJ, J F.C.A.Nos.295 and 299 of 2015 and 15 of 2016 direction that the terms of the said memo shall form part of the common decree that will be passed in these appeals.

As a sequel to disposal of these appeals, interim orders, dated 21.12.2015 in F.C.A.No.295 of 2015, dated 15.12.2015, in F.C.A.M.P.No.604 of 2015 in F.C.A.No.299 of 2015 and dated 12.08.2016, in F.C.A.M.P.No.39 of 2016 in F.C.A.No.15 of 2016 are vacated and F.C.A.M.P.Nos.598 of 2015 and 344, 354, 355, 356, 357 of 2016 in F.C.A.No.295 of 2015, F.C.A.M.P.No.604 of 2015 in F.C.A.No.299 of 2015 and F.C.A.M.P.No.39 of 2016 in F.C.A.No.15 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
