Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N. Subba Rao, Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment).

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners seeking issuance of house site pattas to the land less poor persons. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment) submits that the authorities may be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, if they are eligible to receive house site pattas. 5.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 15.09.2016, made by the petitioners seeking house site pattas, if they are eligible, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
